Hi! My name is Leofrick.

I’m a 27 year old transgender man (I use he/him!) who is based in Brisbane, Australia. I’m autistic, ADHD, and medicated for OCD.

I’ve been cosplaying for… too long, since I was in my teens. My first cosplay was Shinra from Duararara!!!, and then every Gravity Falls character I could put together. I’ve been LARPing since 2017, playing (& DMing) DND since 2015, and got my Bachelor’s in Fine Art Advertising Photography in 2023.

Nowadays, the media I enjoy (and cosplay from) tends to lean towards weird indie horror games, anything with Lovecraftian influence, medieval fantasy, pirates, or silly creatures.

As an artist, I like to explore themes around depersonalisation, the segmentation of the self, and the crossroads between Tech Horror and Medical Horror. I explore a wide range of mediums, especially enjoying looking into experimental media and interactive media. I am deeply passionate about telling stories through unconventional mediums, and the ways interactivity and expiration can form personal connection to fiction.
